Zerodha generates this from the account's own ledger and serves it from their domain. It is the only figure on this whole site that does not depend on our own bookkeeping being right — every other P&L here is reconstructed by equity-service from fills, and that reconstruction has been wrong before.

Why it is a link and not an embed

It cannot be embedded. The page is served with

content-security-policy: frame-ancestors 'self' https://kite.zerodha.com https://*.zerodha.net;

so an <iframe> from this domain renders blank — not broken‑looking, just empty, which is the worse failure. Nor can the numbers be copied onto this page automatically: fetched without a session the URL returns the Console login shell and the figures are drawn client‑side. So the link is the artefact. Following it is the point.

That restriction is doing its job. A verified P&L that any site could re‑render inside its own frame would be worth less, because the frame is where a number gets edited.

What it does and does not cover

It is the equity account only. Crypto sits on Delta Exchange and is recorded separately, on much weaker evidence.
It is a broker‑side ledger figure. It is not the strategy‑attributed P&L the retrospectives compute, and the two answer different questions — the ledger includes every manual trade, IPO allotment and parking sweep the book never tracked.
